My experience has been that customer service quality often deteriorates after the initial subscription. Sales representatives often overpromise service quality, while post-subscription support can be inadequate. Resolving technical issues can be challenging, with customer service representatives frequently unable to provide effective solutions. I encountered this issue with both Zuku Fiber and CanalBox.
